It seemed as though everything was in place: a good job, a clear career path, outward stability. And yet \u2013 like so many others \u2013 at some point I hit the wall. More than once. Burnout. Inner emptiness. Functioning instead of living. From the outside, everything looked perfect; on the inside, it felt as if life was slipping away from me.<\/p>

That experience forced me to take a closer look: What do I really want? What is all of this for? And why do I keep ignoring my own needs? This moment of crisis became a turning point \u2013 and the beginning of a new path.<\/p>

Through the guidance of insightful coaches, I stopped pushing my emotions aside and began to recognize them as signposts. That change restored my strength and clarity \u2013 and gave me the courage to reshape my life and start a new chapter as an Emotional Coach.<\/p>

What sets me apart is that I know both worlds. For more than 17 years, I worked in international financial institutions, in demanding positions, under constant pressure and high expectations. I know how hard it can be to keep everything together \u2013 and how costly it becomes when you lose yourself in the process. This knowledge now flows directly into my work.<\/p>

My clients value my ability to grasp complex situations quickly, provide orientation, and at the same time create space for depth.
