How the Coaching Process Works

In our free initial consultation, the focus is on getting to know each other. We discuss your current situation, explore your concerns, and determine whether coaching is a meaningful and effective step in your case. If we agree on clear objectives, we’ll jointly develop a coaching plan and schedule your first full session.

In the second session, we begin working on your selected topic using targeted interventions. You’ll also receive helpful exercises and tools for self-guided practice—designed to increase impact between sessions.

The following sessions are tailored to your personal process and agreed goals. We review progress, deepen emotional work through further interventions, and strengthen your self-efficacy with practical tools for reflection and stabilisation.

In the final session, we review your development since the beginning of the coaching journey. You’ll reflect on your progress, we consolidate the outcomes into your daily life, and, if needed, agree on follow-up sessions or next steps.

Who My Coaching Is For

Emotional coaching is suitable for individuals who:

  • are seeking emotional clarity and stability,
  • want to feel lighter and more at ease within themselves,
  • and are ready to shape their own path with confidence and autonomy.

In particular, my coaching supports people who:

Who My Coaching Is Not Suitable For

Emotional coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy and is not suitable for individuals who:

  • have been diagnosed with mental health conditions such as severe depression, anxiety disorders, or trauma-related disorders,
  • are currently experiencing an acute psychological crisis (e.g. suicidal ideation),
  • or are not currently ready or able to take personal responsibility for their own development.

1. I´m not even sure what my actual issue is – can I still book a coaching session?

Yes, absolutely. Many clients start exactly at this point. During coaching, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface—even if you can’t yet put it into words. Often, the very first session brings initial clarity and valuable insights.

In my emotional coaching, I combine in-depth emotional work with structured process guidance and many years of experience. Rather than staying at the surface, we work with precision on the emotional root causes stored in your subconscious—using evidence-based, effective methods, and always at a pace that feels right for you.

Often, those who appear to be “functioning” have simply learned to put their own needs last. Coaching is not a sign of weakness—it’s an act of self-responsibility. If you feel that clarity, lightness, or inner calm are missing, coaching may be exactly the right next step for you.

That’s completely understandable. Trust takes time—and space. In my coaching sessions, you’re never expected to share anything that doesn’t feel right to you. You always decide how deep we go and what you want to express. The emTrace® approach is a very gentle method. I support you with professionalism, respect, and without pressure.

Especially during busy phases of life, emotional coaching can provide meaningful relief. Even small impulses can help you break stress patterns and approach your daily life with greater mental resilience—often saving time in the long run.
